UNA volunteer interviews

India interviews the UNA volunteers, who perhaps hadn't anticipated that volunteering in Wales would involve being an extra in a music video!

Dito!

Well, I think Peri said it all! I also want to thank EVERYBODY involved in making this a great project to work on. All the young people involved, including the international volunteers, Tom for his awsome song, Peri, Dewi, Llew, Chris, Ran, Owain, Owen, Huw and everybody else (sorry if I missed someone, I'm still half asleep!). You all did a great job, even the 'extras' who stepped in last minute and didin't know many people. I can't believe that after only a few hours filming, Elinor one of the volunteers from Italy was actually singing..... in Welsh!!!

Very impressed by all you're hard work. Well done everyone! I'm looking forward to editing and voice-overs now :)

See you all soon,

Juls

thats a rap!

Hey everybody,

What a fantastic weekend we've had with Team Tinopolis. We are now sooo an amazing film cast and crew and everybody worked so hard and was so professional throughout the shoots.

A few scary moments throughout the day when we had to phone and call for lots of extras from around the amman valley - but it all worked out beautifully in the end.

Not only did our cast consist of the mess up the mess team but we had 3 volunteers from ASBO - Jordan, Will and Tom - THANKS GUYS!!! Also our movie became multicultural when we realised we were going global with not 1, not 2 but SEVEN volunteers from UNA Exchange in Glanaman! We had actors from Italy, France, and even Vietnam!! Thank you sooooo much to UNA for al the support at the last minute and really helping us to make the music video a great success. We also recruited our old friend Benedict from the streets of Ammanford - good to have you back on the scene, Ben! As well as meeting new local extras who were up for a laugh on a rainy Saturday afternoon - Gemma, Justin and Andrew THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR BEING BRILLIANT AND WE HOPE YOU HAD A GOOD TIME!!!

ALso HUGE thanks to all the crew involved Owain and Owen the filmmakers, Juliana Gereth and Lily for giving up their own home for the project and also Juls for being a wonderful sound technician, Llew for making AMAZING tea and coffee and also for standing in at the last minute in the "landing" scene!!! Chris from Carmarthenshire COnnect You are a star for keeping the interviews going at every available possibility, Dewi and Antonio for taxiing extras up and down the amman valley all day! Can't believe I ended up having to wretch into a bidet - causing Owain to go into fits of giggles and what a crazy day we had all round!!!

I hope that everyone enjoyed the experience and that you have learned new things that you will take away from the opportunity HOWEVER>>>THAT IS NOT THE END!!!!!

Next thing to do is complete the editing and plan for the grand premiere...hopefully in November.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYBODY INVOLVED IN THE SHOOT ON SATURDAY AND ALSO THE GIRLS WHO TOOK PART IN THE SHOOT AT THE SURGERY TODAY. EXCELLENT WORK AND DA IAWN :)

Lights! Camera! ACTION!!

Woohoo! We're currently having a lunch break after filming the bathroom and the stairs scenes.
Everything is going swimmingly (: although I think the lights might bake everyone by the end of the day!
It's awesome to be on the blog again after having no net acess in France, then my computer being stupid :$ Technology; I have a love-hate relationship with it. I love it, it hates me. Seemingly anyway.

I've watched the infamous ASDA video and seen all the pics from the night out. Awesome. I will have to come to one somtime, when work or holidays don't get in the way anyway!!
I'm rambling now anyway..... so I'll go.

We'll be back filming soon anyway, Peri and Jacob have just gone after a few more extras, then
we can begin the lounge scene. I think that's probably the biggest one.

Au revoir!! (:

First Day of Filming!

We've Began out filming for the Video " Higher ". Everything's Going smoothly, as we have already filmed the Bathroom Scene and Filmed India Collapsing on the stairs! Hehe ... Now all thats left is the Party and The Hospital, which are the too bigest chuinks of the two days! So we are now going to continue filming, Catch Ya'll Later!

Toodle-ooo!
